What are your trading hours?
We’re open 24 hours, 7 days a week. We have bright lighting to ensure washing your car after hours is safe and easy. We also have security cameras monitoring the site for your safety.
Do you have an attendant on site?
Yes, we have an attendant on site – weather permitting. If you are unable to locate an attendant, please call 0491 756 602 and we will be happy to help.
What do I do if something didn’t work properly for me?
If you can’t find the attendant on site please call us or send us an email (details above).
How do I give feedback?
We’re happy to take all feedback, good & bad so that we can ensure we’re offering the best service to our customers. Simply call us or send an email.
Do you have Tap & Go on site?
Yes, the automatic entry, the self serve bays & the dog wash all have tap & go payment options. Plus a change machine on site
Is change available?
Yes, we have a change machine here for your convenience.
What is a touchless car wash?
Our automatic car wash is totally brushless. Nothing touches your car except high pressure water and quality chemicals. It’s much safer for your car than a dirty sponge, and even better it is completely automatic, so you don’t have to do any work!
Is the automatic car wash safe for my paint?
When you use the brushless car wash it will not affect the paint or protection from your car manufacturer. You can wash on a regular basis, in fact it’s recommended that you use this machine for regular washing to protect your paint. The car wash is not recommended for cars with oxidisation or pre-existing damage
